智能新风机ID产品设计-2022/Intelligent Fresh Air Exchanger Machine

2020年受上海亚冠环境科技有限公司和第三方机构的委托，对其原有的产品进行产品设计的升级。该合作公司拥有专业处理室内PM2.5、 PM10、甲醛、苯、二氧化氮、细菌、病毒等空气污染物的核心技术，已获得包括空气清新系统、滤网实时监测系统、空气改造装置及系统、热回收模块化空调系统在内的专利高达63项，同时拥有美国大使馆和广州领事馆新风净化宝贵经验，以工程师驱动产品和市场的形式。本人（设计师）在通过第三方机构人员的联络之下，在充分了解公司和产品总体情况之后，向上海亚冠环境科技有限公司提出了以“中式科技美学”的设计美学主张，并获得了大家的一致认同。该作品通过对风口（出入风）造型的设计和形式结构的重组，将产品的功能融入到产品的形式当中去，既表现了产品的中国传统意象审美，也营造出了产品原来所欠缺的使用环境意境之美，同时继续保留了产品的大风量处理、高效滤网、智能互联等多种竞争优势，让我们在享受新工业文明的时候，也得到了全新的视觉审美体验。相信中式科技美学的产品开发理念也将支持公司其他产品的升级和换代。

In 2020, entrusted by Shanghai Yaguan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and a third-party organization, I upgraded its original product design. The cooperative company has the core technology specialized in the treatment of indoor air pollutants such as PM2.5, PM10, formaldehyde, benzene, nitrogen dioxide, bacteria and viruses. It has obtained up to 63 patents, including air freshening system, filter screen real-time monitoring system, air transformation device and system, and heat recovery modular air conditioning system. At the same time, it has valuable experience in producing and installing the fresh air purification system for the U.S. Embassy in Beijing and the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou. Since this is a project in which engineers urge products and markets. I (the designer) proposed the idea of "Chinese style scientific and Technological Aesthetics" to Shanghai Yaguan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., after fully understanding the overall situation of the company and products through the contact of a third-party organization, and then obtained everyone's approval. Through the design of the shape of the air inlet (air inlet and outlet) and the reorganization of the form structure, the work integrates the functions of the product into the form of the product, which not only shows the traditional Chinese image aesthetics of the product, but also creates the beauty of the artistic conception of the surroundings, which the original product lacked. At the same time, it continues to retain various competitive advantages of the product, such as high-volume handling, high-efficiency filters, intelligent interconnections, and so on, allowing civilization to enjoy the new industrial civilization, also got a brand-new visual aesthetic experience. I believe that the Chinese science and technology aesthetics of product development concept will also support the company's other products and upgrading.
